UX/UI Designer (Figma & Product Delivery)

Open until 01 May

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who excels at turning user needs into beautiful, functional, and ready-to-ship product designs. In this role, you will be a key player in the product development cycle, with a primary focus on designing, prototyping, and delivering polished user experiences using Figma.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UI/UX design and a deep proficiency with Figma.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering developer-ready designs, including style guides and component specifications.
  • A user-centered mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with product managers and engineers.
  • An engineering background or technical fluency that helps you understand implementation effort and actively seek solutions that are both user-friendly and technically lean—avoiding complexity where simpler approaches will do.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Prototype in Figma: You will take charge of the design process, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Your deep knowledge of Figma will be essential for building and maintaining our design system and ensuring a consistent user experience.
  • Iterate Based on Feedback: Use your Figma prototypes as the single source of truth to present to stakeholders, gather feedback, and quickly iterate on your designs to meet user and business goals.
  • Deliver for Development: Meticulously prepare and hand off final designs to our engineering team. You will be responsible for creating detailed specifications, exporting assets, and ensuring your design vision is implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.

Recruitment Timeline:

  1. Application Deadline: 16.01.2026
  2. Interviews Completed By: 28.01.2026
  3. Start Date: 01.02.2026

DevOps Engineer

Open until 01 May

We are looking for a CI/CD Engineer (Mid–Senior) to drive automation and quality across our entire software development lifecycle—from firmware to web and applications. You will play a key role in building scalable pipelines, enforcing quality standards, and enabling fully automated software delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Server preferred)
  • Strong DevOps mindset with focus on automation and scalability
  • Solid programming skills (Python preferred; other languages are a plus)
  • Experience with Docker and modern build environments
  • Understanding of full testing lifecycle (unit → performance)
  • Familiarity with SonarQube or similar static analysis tools
  • Experience with artifact repositories (e.g. JFrog Artifactory)
  • Knowledge of software release processes and versioning strategies
  • Experience working in cross-functional agile teams
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps / CI/CD / Software Engineering roles

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines across multiple products and technologies
  • Automate end-to-end processes: build, test, scan, and release
  • Integrate quality gates (static analysis, security, compliance) into pipelines
  • Drive automation of testing and performance validation
  • Enable reliable, repeatable software delivery to Artifactory
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve quality and efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize development workflows
  • Support release processes and ensure system stability
  • Contribute to best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality
