TENTON Contributes to ICT Occupational Profiles Workshop in Kosovo

Keeping ICT education aligned with the needs of the industry is essential for preparing future professionals. As technology continues to evolve, collaboration between businesses, educational institutions, and policymakers plays a key role in ensuring graduates are equipped with relevant skills.

TENTON recently contributed to the workshop on updating ICT occupational profiles as part of the "Skills for Sustainable Employment in Kosovo" project, implemented by LuxDev in support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.

Sharing Industry Experience

During the workshop, our CEO, Alban Sahiti, shared TENTON's practical experience and industry perspective, contributing to discussions on how dual education can better reflect the evolving demands of the ICT sector.

The workshop brought together representatives from industry, education, and public institutions to review and update ICT occupational profiles, helping ensure they remain relevant to today's labor market.

Supporting the Future of ICT in Kosovo

At TENTON, we believe that closer collaboration between industry and education helps create stronger career opportunities and a more skilled workforce. By contributing our experience, we support initiatives that bridge the gap between academic learning and real world industry needs.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of this initiative and look forward to supporting future efforts that strengthen ICT education and sustainable employment in Kosovo.
