Working model
Our collaboration with Metdaan was centered around two key goals: delivering a seamless content-first experience, and building a scalable backend to support creator growth and global reach. Together with Metdaan we: Scoped out the user journey from discovery to creator upload, favouring high-engagement features like personalized feeds, creator playlists, and social interaction. Worked in agile sprints: regular check-ins with Metdaan’s content team allowed us to refine UX/UI elements, ensure creator onboarding worked smoothly, and optimise video streaming performance. Built a robust infrastructure: from content management to analytics and creator monetisation capability, we enabled PopReel to scale alongside Metdaan’s ambitions. Focused on brand identity: aligning design, motion graphics and visuals to Metdaan’s ethos of discovery, creativity and authenticity.
